Q.  Why does the site not accept some pictures?

A.  This could be because they are not large enough in size or high resolution. Please use higher quality pictures. In certain circumstances you are able to send them to us and we can try to improve them.

Alternatively, they are too large and need to be a smaller size, ideally under 1Mb especially if more than one image.

One other factor could be the format, must be jpeg, png, gif or WebP.
